Strategic Alliances in Place:

1. Libya

ADT TRADİNG LLC (Adt group) and Rosneftegazstroy decided to joint effort on Libyan market to utilize the best possibilities mutually complementing strong sides of each other. While Energy Link should be more involved with trading activities and money management , Rosneftegazstroy should more concentrate on its core business: engineering and construction.

Using experience and background of previous successful developments in Libya, and modern team of professionals Energy Link with her partner Rosneftegazstroy offers balanced model of business in Libya and north Africa combining trading of crude oil and products with engineering and construction activities on the ground, together with investment options. This allows to build a business in Libya and north Africa capable of generating up to several billion dollars annual profit for the period of the next 10 to 25 years.

ADT LLC is a partner of the Libyan National Oil Company (NOC) with a 3-year allocation contracts for Libyan crude oil as well as a partner of a build out of Libyan infrastructure including, but not limited to, refineries, pipelines, storage tanks and supportive physical plant and equipment.

ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION OF GAS INFRASTRUCTURE

As Libya urgently needs to intensify its crude oil production from a current level (slightly below1 mln bbl/day) to a midterm target level of 2 mln.bbls/day, NOC (National Oil Corporation) allocates necessary budget to achieve these levels and maintain existing production.

2018 year budget is around 3 bln USD. This budget is typically allocated between subsidiaries of NOC, like Brega , etc., mainly for oil field works, pipelines maintenance, and loading onshore terminals.

By increasing production level we anticipate yearly budget to reach 4-6 bln.USD per year.

EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW OIL FIELDS, OIL CONCESSIONS AND DRILLING RIGHTS

As Libya urgently needs to intensify its crude oil production from a current level (slightly below 1 mln bbl/day) to a mid term target level of 2 mln.bbls /day.

Some special sites have been designated for exploration by NOC (National Oil Corporation) to achieve these levels and maintain existing production, Energy Link and Rosneftegazstroy got an approval for a three new oil field concession with exploration and production, oil concessions and drilling rights.

OTHER PROJECTS: SOCIAL ORIENTED SUPPLY TRADING WITH CONSUMERGOODS

Using crude oil trading contracts as a collateral Daily for ten years, the financial revenue, Energy Link negotiates with the Libyan authorities’ various development projects in social sector: hospitals, shopping malls, housing, social oriented supply (medicine, food etc). Construction partners Metaleks Adt has signed an agreement recently for these purposes.

Development of commercial trading networks and supply channels for the: equipment, cars, technological products etc. This component and line of business in Libya is expected to grow significantly during next 5 years.

2. Morocco

Oil Refinery with its current position needs to restart of operations again with full capacity Daily.

Based on our negotiations and arrangements to facilitate crude oil processing program for Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC), as well as other sources of crude oil available, we foresee sufficient amount of crude oil supply can be organized for Morocco oil refinery, subject to proper logistics and crude oil products market study.

PROJECTS UNDER STUDY AND DISCUSSIONS

ADT GROUP with their strong relations with the decision makers in Jordan, Iraq and Egypt decides to take care and study the requirements of Iraqi Dourah refinery oil for expansion lojistics project.

Investments in Egypt in various energy projects have the biggest focus from ADT GROUP and the interest in investing in them comes immediately after focus on Libya.

ADT has entered into a deep discussing with top level Authorities, in these three countries.

WORLDWIDE NETWORK OF REGISTRATIONS

Establishing a company to export oil products direct from suppliers and refineries is a complex, expensive and difficult thing to accomplish. ADT TRADING LLC has completed two very important registrations to begin executing on its global strategy for energy and infrastructure programs.

Today, our firm has completed registrations in Libya and the value of these registrations alone is in the tens of millions of dollars. We are working to develop a global network of refining partners for the distribution of energy and oil products around the world. As such, we are working on new registrations for exporting oil products from new countries, including Jordan, Egypt, Iraq via SOMO.
