It has established a strategic alignment with The Attica Group, one of the world’s largest private equity and alternative investment firms, based in North Afrika In addition, ADT Group has established a partnership with joint venture with Rosneftegazstroy (not included in US sanction) which is specializing on engineering, exploration, extraction, production, refinement and transportation and another joint venture with for issuance of political risk insurance for projects undertaken, especially in Libya, and finally, a Joint Venture partner of the Libyan National Oil Company (LNOC) with a 3-year allocation contract for Libyan crude oil. In addition, Energy Link is a partner of LNOC for a build-out of Libyan infrastructure including, but not limited to, refineries, pipelines, storage tanks and supportive physical plant and equipment.

These initiatives enable ADT Group to focus on energy projects in the African countries.
